2. Asset Licensing & Governance

Partners retain ownership of original source material. Intelligence Architects grants a perpetual, non-exclusive license to utilize all synthesized assets for the specific purpose of property marketing. We reserve the right to utilize anonymized, high-performance visuals for internal portfolio development and the ongoing calibration of our architectural models.

3. Finality of Allocation

Due to the immediate and irreversible allocation of proprietary computational resources required for each synthesis, all engagements are final. No credits or refunds are issued once the orchestration sequence has been initiated for a specific project. This policy ensures the integrity of our digital pipeline and the velocity of our delivery.

4. Signal Integrity

Partners are solely responsible for the legal provenance of any imagery provided for optimization. By submitting assets for ingestion, the partner confirms they hold the necessary rights to authorize digital synthesis and architectural enhancement.

5. Delivery Velocity

Our standard fulfillment window is calibrated for 24 to 48 hours following successful asset ingestion and payment processing. This timeline ensures the precision required for high-gravity market positioning.
